Adult Beginner's Classes
Classes are open to all ages and fitness levels. Emphasis is on fitness and fun incorporating Bollywood dance moves in a routine that is a great cardio workout.
However, we do not push you to go beyond what you feel you can do and we can give low impact alternative steps.
We also work on choreographed items that incorporate more complicated dance steps and interpretation through Mudras or gesture language of the words of songs. Emphasis is on speed and precision and technique.
Of course the steps learned can be re-choreographed into your own routines.

- Bring: towel,drink
- Footwear: prefer barefoot; light gym/dance shoes if you must!
Children's Classes
Classes are open to children over 8. Emphasis is on fitness and fun, and dances taught will be age-appropriate. Please note that parents are not encouraged to watch while class is in progress - students need to feel safe and unpressured while learning.

Cost of the Classes
All classes are pay-by-term in advance. If you anticipate being absent discuss this with the teacher. Try-it-out first class only $15. Cash or cheque only.
per term eg: 10 classes: $150 If you pay at the commencement of the term, the last class will be free - so eg $135 not $150
